Lisa Banman - Principal of Design
Lisa Banman has shared her passion for design with clients in London and South Western Ontario for the past 12 years. In the past 5 years, as Professor of Interior Design, she has also shared her knowledge, convictions, and real-world experience with students at Fanshawe College in London. With award-winning designs and the design of two Millionaire Lottery homes for the London Health Sciences Foundation in recent years, Lisa has clearly demonstrated her ability to create exceptional interior spaces.
As Principal of Design, Lisa harnesses her design convictions and intuitively, yet collaboratively works to craft deeply personal spaces. Her attention to detail and communicative style endear her to her clients, ensuring that the design process is as happy as the end result.
Jerry Banman - Principal Partner
Jerry Banman draws on twelve years of progressive management experience and his core ability to create and implement systems and processes. Inquisitive and passionate about design, Jerry knows a little about a lot. His knowledge quest also ensures that he knows a lot about a little when it comes to construction and project management.
As a Principal Partner of Redesign Jerry crafts the structures that facilitate client comfort during all stages of the Redesign process. A resource during the design phase, Jerry is visible primarily during project delivery. As guardian of the design he links with suppliers and trades to deliver the design in a highly-communicative and organized manner.
Christine Lee - Junior Designer
Detail-oriented to the core, Christine can (and often does) wrestle with CAD drawings for hours on end. A grad of the Interior Design Program at Fanshawe College, Christine is extremely focused and determined. She is primarily responsible for CAD drawings, Fixture and Finish Schedules, and other such sit-in-front-of-a-screen tasks (though she does detach from her computer occasionally).
As a Junior Designer Christine exploits her organizational tendencies by deftly ensuring that client's design details are precisely consolidated and communicated.
Lisa provided a clean lined, modern vision. Her designs brought proportion, function and beauty to our space. Lisa was intuitive about our style and needs...she often knew what we wanted before we did! But she didn't force us into her vision. Lisa can work in any style and is knowledgeable about materials and well-connected to suppliers and trades in the community, so she was able to guide us to make the best choices within our budget. It was a pleasure to work with Lisa and we immediately got a sense of her integrity and commitment to excellence. Her calm and flexibility within the ups and downs of the renovation process was also very reassuring.
